50th Birthday Whimsical Topsy Turvey Mad Hatter Cake

Made this cake at the request of a client. She and her sister are twins and are celebrating their 50th Birthday. They are full of life and wanted a cake that reflected their fun personalities and youth. So no "over the hill" references on this cake! It's a memory cake with various memories represented around each tier. It is divided into two color schemes to reflect their own color palates.

I am the client and could not have been happier with the cake. Everything I wanted was added to it, the daisies were perfect, the music notes were bouncing and the special "memory" pieces I requested (like Jeff Gordon, Air Force, Goodnoes and Flyers) made the cake so very special. And, the "twins" you created were just super -- WE LOVED THEM. The cake was a huge hit at our party, no one wanted to cut it, but we soon gave into temptation. The pound cake was so fresh and the fondunt icing was delicious. We decided to save the "twins" as a memory for later and a reminder of a very special birthday. Thank you Stacey, we are very happy and satisfied customers. Glad to have been your first topsy turvey cake client. You did a fantastic job!!
