I've said it before and I'll say it again. Prissy, sparkly, girlie, pretty cakes are soooo much fun. Why do I enjoy them so much? I'm a mom to two boys. I'm outnumbered here! My free time is spent doing boy stuff. Braiding hair, tying bows, making pretty... These things don't happen for me outside of cake. So, when the opportunity arises to make something downright pretty, I fall all over it.
It was requested that this cake have a pink baby carriage and not be covered in fondant. Other than that,I had artistic freedom as far as the design. Isn't it sooo pretty! Just love the baby carriage. I did post photos on
