Connor's Winning Custom Tennis Cake
Connor and his brother Ryan have a little tennis rivalry going on. Recently Connor beat his older brother at a game of tennis and for his Birthday, his mom wanted to recreate the moment for him. So here is Connor in his moment of victory on the Tennis Court. I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Especially considering Connor's arms are UP in the air! Quite a challenge with gum paste and no wires.

Sweet 16 Topsy Turvy Monkey Mad Hatter Cake
Made this for a client's daughter's Sweet 16. Instructions were that there be monkeys wearing orange and purple and the cake be light blue and lime green. And of course she wanted a Mad Hatter style cake. I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
The flavor of this one is double chocolate cake with mocha chocolate chip filling.

Sesame Street First Birthday Cake
I think this cake speaks for itself. It's Sesame Street of course! Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird, Elmo, and Zoe. The client wanted fun and festive with a bow and primary colors. I am very pleased with how it turned out and am particularly fond of the bow. I am really starting to like those bows. They are so fun and really are a great topper for a party cake.
This cake is White Almond Sour Cream with homemade raspberry filling and Vanilla Cake with whipped chocolate ganache. YUMMY!

For all you golfers out there! A Golf theme cake with custom golf cart and sculpted golfer!
Made this cake for a client's husband's Birthday. Can you guess what he likes to do? My client asked that the cake show his hobby and I am really pleased with the result.
The cake is double chocolate with a custom peanut butter filing with chopped peanut butter cups. It's sooooo yummy. What a great combination. I just might be adding this to my menu of filling options!
Enjoy the photos. Everything is hand sculpted. The golf cart has some non edible pieces for support as does the golfer. But for the most part everything is edible.
