This is a miniature spin off of the Penguin Cake I did a couple months ago. I think I like my icebergs better this time. Repetition is a beautiful thing! Chocolate Cake with buttercream.

Antarctica Over the Hill Cake

This cake was ordered by a client for her husband's 40th Birthday. They just returned from a trip to Antarctica and considering we were slammed with a snow storm this weekend, we thought the theme for his 40th Birthday cake was fitting. So... he's "over the iceberg".



I love how it turned out. I've been wanting to learn sugar work for a long time and am thrilled with the iceberg and water. Happy Caking!!!
