12 vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting and fondant toppers. This is a Super Mario Brothers theme. These mushrooms are "toads"??? Whatever... my kids are giving me an education.. The large toad is actually a very small cake iced in buttercream and covered with fondant. I used a small ramekin to bake it.
Stacey...MJ loved his cupcakes and especially the one for him. Everyone who came to the party he personally took them into the kitchen to look @ them. They were the hit of the party and the other kids were amazed. Thank you again sooo much, you made his day and birthday.

The little toads were custom made using sugar paste.
ReplyDeletecan i ask how you made the top of the large toad cake? my nephew wants a toad cake for his birthday & i'm not sure what an easy way of doing that would be? (if there is one) ;)
